The Worlds Highest Roads and Passes

I get asked a lot about what are the highest regular roads on the planet ... what can you ride to without the extremes of what we went through. What about the highest border crossing? Do you know which it is? And since the topic keeps popping up I decided to put some targets out there for the more adventurous.
